1. Return Eligibility Overview

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must not be washed, altered, or installed
  • Return request must comply with notification timeframes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Change of Mind Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item if you intend to return it due to change of mind.

Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in the return being declined.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Customer arranges and pays for return shipping
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Items must be returned in resalable condition

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographic evidence is required

If approved:

  • We provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection
  • Replacement or refund will be issued

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being rejected.

4. Custom or Made-to-Measure Items

Custom-made, altered, or made-to-measure products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged upon delivery. These products are manufactured specifically to your requirements.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Item condition differs from dispatch condition
  • Packaging is damaged or missing
  • Parts are missing
  • Return accepted outside normal conditions at our discretion

Deductions may include:

  • Return shipping
  • Restocking costs
  • Reduction in resale value

6. Refund Process

Once received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, a 30% restocking and processing fee may apply to approved cancellations.

If production or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

9. Returns Procedure

  2. Provide order number and reason
  3. Await return instructions
  4. Securely package and ship the item
  5. Receive inspection confirmation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

10. Shipping Costs and Risk

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged or faulty goods, return costs are covered by us.

11. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You retain your legal right to remedies for faulty goods and distance selling protections.
